Patient Details:

This patient in her 50’s was interested in rejuvenation around the eyes. In addition she wanted to have a more youthful facial appearance. Dr. Tong noted that the lower eyelids looked puffy and had wrinkles. He recommended a lower lid blepharoplasty to remove the puffy fat, and trim some excess skin. Additionally, she was recommended to have an extended neck lift, which is a hybrid of a neck lift and facelift. She underwent both procedures under IV sedation. The photos show her results at 4 months after surgery. She looks younger, more awake, and refreshed. The jawline is smooth and sleek, the neck is tight and slimmer, and the eyes look younger and brighter. She was very, very pleased with her new youthful appearance.
