Patient Details:

This African American patient in her 50’s sought Dr. Tong’s opinion for Rhinoplasty. He noted that she had wide nasal bones, an ill-defined tip shape, and a wide nasal width at the nostril level. Dr. Tong performed open Rhinoplasty and improved her nasal tip definition. The nasal bones were repositioned to make the bony width smaller, and the nostril width was reduced. The patient was thrilled with her result which kept her ethnic nasal features intact, but with a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
