Patient Details:

This patient in her 50’s was interested in the appearance of her neck. She disliked the loose skin, excess fat, and wrinkling of the neck region. She also expressed interested in improving the appearance around the eyes and brow area. Dr. Tong noted that she had platysmal bands (laxity of the neck muscles), wrinkling of the neck skin and loss of elasticity. In the periorbital region she was noted to have brow ptosis (drooping) and excess upper lid skin. She subsequently had a Neck Lift to correct sagging neck skin, platysmal banding, and excess fat. In addition, underwent Endoscopic Brow lift and Upper Lid Blepharoplasty. The result shows a rejuvenated neck that is sleek, smooth and nicely lifted. The forehead and brow are elevated, and there is a clean upper eyelid margin. The side view shows good elevation of the tail of the brow, along with good correction of the neck. She was very pleased with the outcome.
